- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped English cucumber
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon of seafood seasoning blend (such as Old Bay®)

- 1 tablespoon Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
- 4 slices boneless skinless thin-sliced chicken breast (4 slices = 3/4 lb)
- 4 slices (1 oz each) Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices fully cooked bacon, cut in half

- ¼ to1/2 cup of olive oil or mayonnaise (for brushing corn)
